This seasons team had as many points as that bad 2003-04 team…59pts

That year the bottom three teams were(in order) Pittsburgh, Chicago and Washington…Capitals win the draft lottery

1.WAS Alexander Ovechkin
2.PIT Evgeni Malkin
3.CHI Cam Barker

The next forward taken was Andrew Ladd at #4 by CAR(oddly enough the Hawks traded Tuomu Ruutu for him)

So it’s kinda funny how Chicago at #3 won the lottery and moved up to #1…agan

I've never seen anything like this for one player... I have to be honest - I didn't even want to watch Bedard highlights unless he became a Hawk - last night was a ton of fun!

This is the best possible new beginning and I hope Davidson hits on at least half of his picks (last year and next month) for a young and skilled supporting cast.

Laz somehow found his way onto this segment, you can imagine where it went, he really has every issue in society figured out...so post Bedard results he writes an article to temper the hype and then goes on one of the biggest networks in canada to push some narrative to change the logo...why does he even cover the team at this point, guy is miserable

same guy that wanted kane in jail and couldn't understand why the hawks ever conceived letting him attend training camp in 2015 and took his word on being innocent...never issued an apology for rushing to judgement, just someone parading around as some defender of social justice but is total oblivious to his own views and actions having some huge shortcomings

I mean... talking about how there won't be a "native american cartoon head" on a hockey jersey 10 years from now? Uhhh... Laz... it's not a "cartoon head". It's never been one. It never will be.

That's fair. I forgot about that dumbass. Maybe because she's so disliked she's faded out of the scene as quickly as she came into it. She really has zero relevance in Chicago sports anymore. And it all started with her immediate conviction of Kane when he was innocent. Such a dumbass.

can have a logo discussion all you want but its like within 24 hours he writes a piece to calm down and then goes on sn who is probably pissed they got the pick to talk about something negative as well...why even follow the team
