He’s been a guy I’ve thought about tooOk, things are almost done, last name I will throw out there:
Jack Roslovic. - US born (greatlakes region), 27 yr old, fits the narrative.

Dumba is a different Petry or Holl, but current Dumba is no better than Petry or Holl.Only a 5th rounder for Dumba? Cheap prices. Yzerman doing jack shit. He may just be conceding this year since NYI are surging and the Lightning just keep improving.
Why doesn't Zidlicky get more respect?David Legwand and Erik Cole in back to back years at the deadline was pretty lit.
Ya a 5th for Dumba and a 7th lmao I'd have done itOnly a 5th rounder for Dumba? Cheap prices. Yzerman doing jack shit. He may just be conceding this year since NYI are surging and the Lightning just keep improving.
Dumba is a shell of his old self. Hard pass.Only a 5th rounder for Dumba? Cheap prices. Yzerman doing jack shit. He may just be conceding this year since NYI are surging and the Lightning just keep improving.

Am I taking crazy pills or something? Kostin has below average skating, both initial footspeed and top end. Give him average skating ability relative to the current and he becomes a dramatically more effective player because he can now keep up. That's what Mac was in the 90s.
Was that another trade that happened in one of those years? Why doesn't Zidlicky get more respect?
If the skating required now were the same as the skating required in the 90s, Klim would have been no different. Klim was a 1st round talent in lower tiers. It's just at the NHL level the skating is HUGE. And Klim doesn't have it and neither did Mac.
Well the good thing is we once again get to discuss lottery pick draft range optionsI don't have anything against standing pat this year as a general idea but it sure is boring to watch
OMFG...I think you are. McCarty was logging 15-17 minutes in his prime. Kostin averages half that. McCarty had average speed comparable to most of the greybeards on the Wings in the 90s. Like, he wasn't a burner at all... but he maintained a hard forecheck like a mother... and he was legitimately a physical force on the Grind Line. He didn't need to zip around because Draper had enough go for that entire line.
