Ryan Johansen for Justin Holl would make some sense now that Johansen is a Flyer. They clearly don't want Johansen given that they immediately waived him. Cap dump for cap dump, and saves on needing to retain on Holl for two more years (which would almost certainly be required to entice another team to take on his contract otherwise).

Yea, it’s not a sexy type name but that trade would make some sense. Still keep hearing Holl should be traded, if nothing else.

I’ve heard Roslovic’s name being thrown around today.

What we seen last night was that Joe Veleno isn’t ready to get that type of ice time. A guy like Johanson has that experience, where he could help them right now. Roslovic also has better vision than Veleno, so he’d be another fit maybe. I could see either. Still know they’d love that agitating 3C, who has some offense, but they have to be careful, because Kasper’s developing pretty quickly now, and could be that player next season.

Like... I think everybody knows RHD is the target, I can just see it being somebody nobody's thought of.

The names that people keep suggesting are guys like Andersson, Parayko, Roy, Durzi, Borgren.
