he isn't above criticism.

His play is actually costing the team games, maybe not as much skinner, but he's been a ghost since before the 4 nations tournament.

We all know what he's capable of and he isn't bringing it. Until he comes out and says hes injured, he is fair game for criticism, and even then, if he's hurt, he should be sitting.

You’re not wrong, but every player has an expected level of performance associated with them. When they fail to achieve it for extended periods of time, they are going to catch heat.

It’s happened with every superstar that has played the game. It’s happened with every player on this team. I can’t be surprised by this nor can I think it’s misguided.

Offensive zone blue line turnovers have been a huge problem with this team this year. Those almost always wind up in the back of your net and are always a Grade A for the other team.

In Arvidsson's defense if he was wearing a Carolina jersey tonight he probably would've drawn 2 penalties. But yea they were largely useless, along with the entire Henrique line (though they got a shortie at least).

Yeah, he blew it no question but when you have a man advantage and are protecting a one goal lead with 2 defenceman out there one has to be the last man back.
Picard saved an absolute shit show there.

Picks, Defense, Drai, Rico and Perry had good games. Didn't think the 1st line, Brown and Arvi had particularly good games.

Its OK if you take a 15 game stretch and leave the bad games out Skins played almost decently for some of those games for a 2.67 week selective sample. For Skins defenders that will mean he's a super goalie we should all learn to appreciate.

Pretty much been this way through 4 coaches. Never can get guys going for any stretch of extended time. Lines never have chemistry.

Oilers should've won 4-1. Hyman no-goal and the "save" by Roslovic should've counted.

Ugly, ugly, ugly, but we won in regulation, and I soaked in every bit of schadenfreude I could seeing the Canes lose on a penalty after getting horsehoes from the officials all game long.

Hour drive home, and I feel somewhat cleansed after seeing the Washington debacle last week.

Half the forward group played 11 minutes or less tonight, that's crazy.
