The issue is so overblown. Elliotte Friedman included the protocols in his 32 thoughts article for this week. That’s what they say is a worst case scenario the Chinese Government can impose. It sounds like a few days up to a week at the most. The Chinese government are on their best behavior right now. They’ll start again after the Olympics.

Would like to see an NCAA All Star Team and if possible
a few AHL guys with NCAA eligibility left like Boldy.

Would be nice if teams like NJ and Montreal who have
no shot at the PO release Hughes and Caufield. If Guerin
remains GM would be nice to see him make Boldy available.

No way NCAA teams would give up their guys for a month. Doing it for the WJC is one thing as most teams aren't playing games during that...but the Olympics are prime end of regular season and NCAA qualifying games. The teams would refuse that hard.
