Haha, I get it for the first couple drills, but if it’s really „any practice drill“, that’s wild. Unnecessarily limited practice going on if there’s a 2-on-1 drill with the defender taking the pass away and the puck carrier is forced to shoot because a goalie’s dislike for dekes.I don't think it's a universal trait that all goalies adapt, but definitely have seen some goalies who absolutely despise deking. The best goalie I ever played with (in terms of in game performance) would utterly refuse to engage if you attempted a deke in any practice drill, just pretended you didn't exist if you didn't shoot by the hashmarks.
