Have you tried LIVE TV Free Live Sports Streams ? It's often a minute or 2 behind but mostly works pretty good.
I have not, but I'll look into it (Dallas is really the only marked that gets blacked out on me, so I've been just chalking it up to the occasional annoyance, but when games have endings like this, I get retroactively pissed, haha).

How many dmen wait out the goalie and D man in overtime like Fox did? 99 percent of the players in the league would have just taken the initial shot. Unreal
I said it in the GDT, too, but he has an incredible ability to read the play, the reaction time to act on it, and the hands to actually carry out that action in close/the shot to get it on net from further out.

Miller's rise is such a good fkin story. What a kid. Can we just pay him because once the NHL PR people realize what a player he is he will be one of the faces of this league

One of the kids is going to get priced out the way things are going, but it isn't going to be Miller.

K’Andre’s ability to get that second shot off and on net (let alone score) after his first one was blocked was tremendous. Fantastic lightning quick play by him.

Reminded me of his goal vs Tampa in the playoffs last year when his shot got blocked in the high slot and he immediately one timed the second chance exactly as he did tonight and beat Vasy.

First line was out for almost 2 mins at the end of the game, probably gave them an extra breather. It worked out.

Overall, Dallas was great at blocking shots, not allowing any HDC, but aside from a fluke bounce on the PP, didn't do much offensively.

PP1 needs to get their heads out of their asses and move around. Change something up. Put Vinny in Kreider's spot. Can't go 0-4 and expect to win.

And that's exactly what GG said in his postgame presser.

Were my eyes deceiving me and Gallant started Laf, Chytil and Schneider in o.t?
He did. Probably because the top guys had just had a huge shift.
But the narrative GG doesn't play the kids in OT seems to be another HFNYR 'truth'. Last 5 games kids with OT are:
Wild: Kakko, Laf , Miller, Schneider
Devils: Miller, Laf, Chytil, Schneider, Kakko
TBL: Miller, Chytil, Kakko
Devils: Miller
Avs: Laf, Chytil, KK, Miller

If they don't get time it's generally because the game ends before their shift rolls around

They are all crying themselves to sleep. The GDT tonight was such an embarrassing whinefest.
Only thing I was complaining about is that we need some production help from our RW's plus Laf and I still stand by that.

Thought Kravstov had a solid game, but Panarin wasn’t doing him any favors throwing the puck away left and right.

He was great getting the puck up ice out of his own end.

Wasn’t noticeable aside from that but it’s hard to be noticeable when Panarin is out there bascially QB’ing the stars offense.

THAT was a big boy win! I fought and fought and yelled; "get it in front Panarin"! He did, when we scored...........my first thought was, "was that AFTER, OR DID THEY BEAT THE TIMER?" WOOOOHOOO!
Absolutely (for me) the most exciting game, this year (there were a few others)......but only because it was two really good teams going blow for blow, even though it was really a semi "ho-hum" kind of game for much of the game. Good defense made it that way.
Good goaltending (but NOT great) made it that way as well.

What a great win!

I thought Laf had a good game and don’t understand the bellyaching.
I thought he was better and more involved in the o-zone, the PP time helped with that. He's still too light along the boards and a bit searching in other areas of the ice but his talents came more to light playing around the net in the o-zone with talented players. As someone said elsewhere, he needs to find his base NHL game and build from there. But at least this way Gallant has him involved in the offensive game and Laffy needs that too.

I was just saying in general. It was insufferable tonight even for this group of incessant whiners. You would think we were a bottom feeder team that was losing 5-0. It's like some have no clue about what happens in a marathon NHL regular season.

Boy I really do hope we're still on course to firing Gallant here. Though it feels we could be in some danger now.
