There is nobody in the league like him. Not one. It boggles my mind how a guy without some kind of elite physical attribute (speed, size, shot, strength) can be the best defenseman in the league. His brain is just so f***ing huge. You literally can't read him and you can't get the puck from him.

The game is ultra slow for him.

The bad news is more meh from Laf sadly. Gallant smartly played Kakko & Chytil over him with the extra attacker. This team is really good and they need from Laf becagse the roster depth disappears with Kreider and Gauthier out

If I pretend Fox was acquired via our 1st overall pick and Lafreniere is the 3rd rounder that played well postdraft and forced his way here with the Rangers giving up two 2nd rounders, I do feel a little better.

One of the best games in years. Amazing to watch Fox and Miller continue to grow. Fox is an elite 1D, and Miller isn't that far away now. Also, kudos to Zibanejad for working his ass off and having another stellar 2 way performance.

I would just youtube the highlights and watch the final 30 seconds and then the Fox overtime goal shift. The rest of the game was a pretty even lockdown playoff kinda game

To be fair, I'm not happy because I live in f***ing Arkansas (because of work), and even though Dallas is like six hours/500 miles away (and NYC is literally 1,000+ miles away), the game was blacked out on ESPN+ for me. Argh.

Have you tried LIVE TV Free Live Sports Streams ? It's often a minute or 2 behind but mostly works pretty good.

Literally thought that as he reached for the puck...oh god not the turnaround fadaway wrister, then he poked it back to K'Andre and got the hell out of the way.

I know I often give Tro shit (largely b/c of the lack of chemistry with Panarin and how he's used), but that was a very smart play under pressure.

He was terrific on the defensive side of the puck tonight
