DeBoer is actually really good friend of Maurice. There is good chance, that Panthers will get valuable information of beating knights.

Everybody and their dog knows what Cassidy's strategy will be:

I’ve seen some turtle memes from Vegas fans over the last couple weeks but once you (hopefully) get to see the Panthers defend a 3rd period lead this series, you’ll think Vegas plays the most aggressive style when defending a lead in hockey history

If Bob is able to pull off a miracle and prevent the tying goal, the final 3rd period line will be something like 17 shots to 2 with about 37 high flips out of the zone from the Panthers defense

LOL, third period.

BTW, the Knights take special pride in their ability to flip the puck while turtling since they practice it so much on the course with their 9-iron.

Panthers faced better teams though. Even Toronto. I know we all like to laugh at them, but I wouldn't want the Panthers to play them again. If Panthers had to play another series against Boston and Carolina, they probably both again. To be honest, I'd be a little bit scared to play Toronto again.

But yeah, pretty even matchup I think.
Vegas swept Toronta and Carolina, and split with Boston during the season.

I can't wait to see how the casinos hedge off this Vegas hockey surge I'm sure they'll have in the odds. Might get some good Florida value along the line.

Got to remember how much cooler and more available sports betting is now. There might be some really nice opportunities.

ETA: Actually, I dunno how they spread risk anymore, but I assume there's going to be a massive amount of Knights action out there and there's actually a potential nationwide network to offset it.

Thanks Stars for winning two and setting up my preferred travel schedule. Looking forward to booing Reilly Smith in person since he apparently struggled to notice the fans during his stint here.

your profile picture is awesome kinda want both teams to win just so it can say CHAMPS instead of "Eastern Conference Final" lol

Can’t bet against tkachuk with the playoffs he’s having. Panthers in 6 imo. Hills likely to turn back to a pumpkin at some point.

Not a fan of this huge gap, it's unnecessary and undermines momentum for the fans as well.

Florida's speed is going to be a lot of VGK to handle. VGK is a good skating team, but Florida has better skaters, and plays with pace in transition. I believe this will be a factor.

The gap does not benefit Florida. Sure, 4-5 days rest is good, but this is well over a week. That's a momentum killer. They'll find their game though. Rooting for VGK, believe Florida prevails.

Good luck to the "average" fan getting a seat in Vegas for the SCF. And, yeah, if you are wondering, the sky-high ticket prices are primarily caused by the casinos buying up tickets to comp their suckers high rollers who may or may not have the slightest interest in hockey but are going to the SCF because ..... well, because. BTW, they'll also be wearing expensive Knights jerseys, which the casinos will also comp them. I mean, if a guy is going to drop $100,000 or more at the tables, he's going to at least get club seats and jerseys for himself and wifey (even if they are old stock jerseys that say "Fleury" since he probably doesn't know the difference anyway).
