off topic but i need somewhere to vent... man what a day to be a sens fan. lol. apparently in Bettman's NHL bunging up a trade is punished more harshly than covering up a sexual assault. what a backwoods league!

Just an FYI, if you haven't gotten your tickets for Saturday nights game/Joe Thornton retirement night, I suggest you get them RIGHT NOW. There are very few bowl tickets left( including zamboni side) around the bowl and they could very well be selling into second row standing come Saturday morning.

Wild how teams haven't solved him, hopefully they never do this season lol

It's tough to guard that on the PK because if a defender cheats away from the puck/net he's opening up the puckside/net front for attack. same goes for the tendy.

ovechkin has made a career of teeing up one timers like that albeit not quite in the same spot.

Namestnikov is doing similar on the PP and racking up goals, but with a backhand top of the net.

Looking forward to the sold-out audience tonight for the Joe Thornton jersey retirement ceremony. The place should be rocking!

After three straight home losses in which we scored a total of 4 goals, let's hope we can pull out two Jumbo wins this weekend against the bottom-feeding Spitfires.

Windsor unlucky not to get a point the way Costanzo played. Couldn't have drawn up a more exciting and suspenseful game for 4800 fans. Well done.
