Sony PS5 2

Trying to help my brother pick a monitor, he's gonna get a PS5 later though I know he's just going to play mostly COD lol and should probably just get a Series S.

Anyways do most PS5 games run at 4k 60 Hz or would they benefit more from 1440p at 120 Hz?

YES. Might be my most anticipated game outside of Factions

I didn't think Sony would have any fear with an M rating on Wolverine, as God of War and Last of Us, two of their biggest IPs are both rated mature. The real question here was would Disney/Marvel let it happen.

PS5 wise, I'm still most hyped for Spider-Man 2, just since that seems significantly closer. I do hope we do get some sort of Sony showcase soon to potentially show off gameplay for Spider-Man 2, maybe something new for Wolverine and Factions, and hopefully find out what some of their other AAA studios, Pixelopus and Team Asobi are up to.

I have faith that they're going to knock it out of the park with it. As long as they don't have those stupid Screwball challenges in them, I'll be happy.

The frustrating part of having the digital version of the PS5 just struck. Found a new version of a game I want at Walmart for 20-30 bucks, but the digital version is still full price. I know that eventually it will go down too, but so far when it appears in the sales it has only dropped to $60.

Decent list of games coming to Plus Extra this month, highlighted by Horizon Forbidden West, a year after it's release. Will this set a new precedent on Sony first party games being put on the service? Other games include Tekken 7, Resident Evil 7, Borderlands 3, and two good JRPG throwbacks in Lost Sphear and I Am Setsuna.

I think the real test will be God of War and Spider-Man 2. As much as I love the Horizon series, I think those games are more console movers and probably have a longer shelf life before hitting a service.

I'd say of active PlayStation franchises, Horizon is a distant fourth behind Spider-Man, Last of Us and God of War (not including Destiny). Uncharted would likely slot ahead too but there isn't much to believe that IP is being actively developed by any of Sony's studios. I also wouldn't be shocked if it's somewhat influenced by probably Sony's big flagship game for PSVR2 is gonna be a Horizon title and they got the Burning Shores DLC coming (PS5 only though). Plus, I bet the attach rate of Forbidden West and God of War: Ragnarok is insanely high since they were commonly packaged in bundles. I guess the next game to keep an eye out for if this is the new trend would be Gran Turismo 7 which is soon gonna hit the 1 year mark.

Just played the like a dragon Isshin demo, real good. As much Ninja Gaiden Black as it is Yakuza. Unfortunately this demo might not be on ps4.

I got my PS5 a few Friday's ago.

It's good.

I just wait until I can get a SSD.

I got this one, which is currently running like half off at Best Buy, has worked great, and the installation is simple

Seagate - FireCuda 530 1TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe with Heatsink for PS5

Thank you for the recommendation.

Do your research on memory storage as it requires very specific storage and cooling hardware. And be prepared to pay a lot for large storage.
I will do more research. Thank you for the reply.

Edit: I'm sorry. I thought Dolemite was asking a question. That's why I edited the reply.

Girlfriend's build is all done. Wow, what an adventure that was. Getting the smaller be quiet! Pure Loop 280 for her build made it entirely possible.

Gonna be real tough with me as my graphics card is f***ing huge.

I dont think this is true, as long as its PCIE Gen 4 it should work, but id need to double check.
