ok? what's the rush?shyt or get off the pot
Same
You fried or what ?ok? what's the rush?
No I'm working. Are you done school for the day?You fried or what ?
1) Matthews needs clarity on the coaching situation to consider an extension - which is what we all want
2) Wasting Keefe's time and keeping him in limbo doesn't help him or anyone. If he isn't their guy, let him go find a new home somewhere else while the assistant coaches job pool hasn't dried up
Why would I even be on the pot if I don't have to shyt yet?shyt or get off the pot
No really .. seems you're pretty lost. Did you ride your bicycle home Timmy? No I'm working. Are you done school for the day?
He's still signed for next season. He's not in limbo, he's the coach of the team.
I'm sure Matthews is aware that Keefe is the coach. If he's unclear I'm sure the GM will clear it up for him.
Dont be a Gigi CestoneWhy would I even be on the pot if I don't have to shyt yet?
Your childish posts don’t interest me.No really .. seems you're pretty lost. Did you ride your bicycle home Timmy?
They need to make a decision on Keefe before Matthews signs. They aren't going to let him be a lame duck next season. Matthews isn't signing without clarity on that. When you comprehend that, read point #2 (if you are able).
Dont be a Gigi Cestone
While my preference would be clarity on the situation, The organization has time, Keefe is signed for next season, and there’s higher prioritiesok? what's the rush?
I'll give you a tip .. here's a good lesson for you; Just because you are clueless on a situation and clearly have a lack of comprehension, doesn't mean you have to stoop so low. Maybe next time you will learn before responding to someone acting like you know it all.Your childish posts don’t interest me.
Good luck in the future, you’re going to need it.
A quiet place to think…..?Why would I even be on the pot if I don't have to shyt yet?
I think it only matters if they are risking losing a coach they actually want to another club. He is far from the most urgent thing they have to deal with in the next couple of weeks.ok? what's the rush?
If there was another Coach available that they preferred I’d assume they’d make a move for him.I think it only matters if they are risking losing a coach they actually want to another club. He is far from the most urgent thing they have to deal with in the next couple of weeks.
For me it’s because I’m bored and want something to happen. I need an adrenaline rush, statok? what's the rush?
Assuming they think their guy is still there after July 1st why disrupt things? If the players like Keefe I could see that move being put off. Coach Q or anyone else on their short list might already have been notified that the big money opportunity may be available. If there was another Coach available that they preferred I’d assume they’d make a move for him.
I'm just gonna say right now that if the Leafs hire Quenneville my opinion of the franchise will drop significantly. I couldn't give less of a f*** how good of a coach he is. f*** him for letting Beach down and allowing that rapist f*** Aldrich to go on and commit more sexual assaults by not speaking out and sending a letter of recommendation to boot. Jesus Christ guys, come on. I'm all for doing "everything possible" to win but there has to be a line somewhere FFS.
I keep coming back to if it was my kid who was sexually assaulted by the guy this coach recommended while knowing what he was unto I don't know if id be ok with the leafs hiring him. His past doest bother you because you either lack empathy or you don't understand the gravity of the situationI am on board the Coach Q train. His past doesn’t really bother me. If Leafs hire him, I can stomach the core 4 staying for the time being. He’d be a great get for this team, if Bettman clears him.
the problem here is that Q knew what was happening and then in his performance review wrote a glowing report for him which Houghton High School used to hire him. Leading to him assaulting a child...first of all, Keefe had a really scuzzy past as well, If I do recall correctly.
I don't know the whole ins an outs of everything - but Quennville has to live with his decisions every day. I am pretty sure that is horrible in of itself. He missed the signs, didn't know the whole story, and just didn't deploy good judgement. Now unless you are saying Quennville currently does the same things, (which i don't believe) I don't believe he should be blacklisted for the rest of his life. I am a firm believer in second chances if the person involved does therapy, and everything like that.
Now if Q has taken the time to think about what he did reached out to this Beach person, gone to therapy, and has shown true contrition and works towards you know not ignoring sexual abuse then I think he deserves to work and advocate WHY what he did isnt right and what to do if something like that happens again. if not then yeah. he shouldn't work.
that's just my two pennies anyway you are of course entitled to your own opinion
I'm with this as well. There's a lot of reasons a coach can get blacklisted in the NHL but when it comes to the shit Quenneville was complicit with that's just an unforgivable offense.I'm just gonna say right now that if the Leafs hire Quenneville my opinion of the franchise will drop significantly.
He IS the problem....Shanahan is behind the overall failure in Toronto, the fact that he's getting no blow back is mind blowing to me;
Hire rookie GM who's soft af
Who hires a rookie coach who's soft af
Who coaches the rookies into being soft af
He was the architect and yet people are ok with him? Crazy
