Is this true? I read that Ryan Reynolds and Andlauer did meet up atleast once before Reynolds picked the Remington group.
Hard to see a massive sale price with lebreton seemingly out of the picture due to the land claim and ncc, can't imagine any reasonable business person engaging with that nonsense. Sucks the media hyped Reynolds for so long and I loved the doc he made but at the end of the day, frankly my only wish is an owner that craves a Stanley Cup for their team, Andlauer with Malhotra support is what I'm anticipating...not as sexy as Reynolds but feel the local ties benefit the Sens in the end.
Fresh target for Neko?
please consider me for gmsubmitted my bid wish me luck
it's not 'virtue signaling'. It's the virtual money. Not surprised with all that virtue signalling
He was very jet lagged and it turns out the interesting texts was a series of to-do items from his wife. Not sure why Mendes teased us yesterday saying he had "very interesting text exchanges", but nothing notable was said in his article.

It could have been a very cheap teaser or whoever was texting with him asked for it not to be published as whatever was said would have been easily linked back to them or perhaps the texts were just angry comments that they didn't want to get out.
could be, but that doesn't seem to rise to the level of what, at least I, assumed was going to be some background dirt from some 'interesting texts". Does that article even say "this dude texted me how the process will unfold"?Wasn't it Kishner's comments on how to expect the post-binding-bid-deadline process to unfold?
No, it says he was interviewed. By now, we can assume it's either in the story, so it's Kishner. or Mendes decided not to publish. Or it seemed interesting after drinking a mimosa at 50,000 feet.could be, but that doesn't seem to rise to the level of what, at least I, assumed was going to be some background dirt from some 'interesting texts". "omg, what is this Harry Potter fan fiction on my personal and work phones?"No, it says he was interviewed. By now, we can assume it's either in the story, so it's Kishner. or Mendes decided not to publish. Or it seemed interesting after drinking a mimosa at 50,000 feet.
Lebreton isn't out of the picture, it's just going to take years and years for it to come to fruition. There's also Bayview Yards which Remington and Bettman apparently brought up.Hard to see a massive sale price with lebreton seemingly out of the picture due to the land claim and ncc, can't imagine any reasonable business person engaging with that nonsense. I think they know who the winner is, now its just a few days to work out the terms that RR joins the winning bidThis is never going to happen.
Or there's a possible merger between some groups/investors.I think they know who the winner is, now its just a few days to work out the terms that RR joins the winning bid
Bayview is particularly interesting as an option as LRT access could be built directly into the building, which isn't currently an option given the Lebreton sites location in between Bayview and Pimisi stations. While there are some other use cases for that site that would provide for some interesting opportunities for the city, I'd gladly take it as an alternate siteLebreton isn't out of the picture, it's just going to take years and years for it to come to fruition. now, if they can run the LRT through my garage...Bayview is particularly interesting as an option as LRT access could be built directly into the building, which isn't currently an option given the Lebreton sites location in between Bayview and Pimisi stations.
