Doubt it. That would be like assuming Tarasenko isn't going to get any better.
Kucherov is 2 years younger. If Tarasenko becomes better(which btw depends on the team. The right now Blues are holding him back a lot stats wise), Kucherov will have 2 years to overtake him at least until they are both 25-27. Kucherov has a very unique skillset. Even if people consider Ovechkin for his scoring to be in his own league, I don't. I value vision and presence of mind more than hitting and shot. Not taking anything away from Tarasenko or Ovechkin. They both have their shooting ability to be elite scorers. And they both can do more although a lot of people tend not to see it. I just see Kucherov as more of a complete player.
Comparing Kucherov and Tarasenko I think of the national team. Both right wing they would need to be on completely different lines. while Tarasenko would need a playmaker to utilize his shot properly Kucherov would be able to do a little bit of everything for his line. He can score too, he can pass, he can create and he can held the D.
