Did Perrin leaving catch them off guard? Is that why they didn’t do much to hold on to Virta after last season(who rightly got bumped down the lineup when Palve came over.)
TPS last 10 games: GF 19 GA 32
Kakko last 10 games: 6+4.
Man, I can't wait for next season. The kid plays in the wrong league.
He's not even ppg player and you say Kakko's playing in the wrong league? Bunch of rubbish.TPS last 10 games: GF 19 GA 32

Their dmen can't make good passes to save their lives. The opponents just clog the neutral zone and TPS is clueless on what to do.And now theres even a statistical prove to blame his teammates and what they can offer. Hockey is a teamgame, but if team lacks something (whether it is mental side or physical fit and preparation) it also reflects to individuals who actually tries their best.
Kakko's luck has been that hes not completely alone on his line, but lately even Palve has started to shown some frustration either. Still tremendous job by Kakko, who shuldnt either way hold one team on his shoulders as an 18 year old too long all alone, especially on the poffs.
Laine wasn't PPG. Scored 36 next year in the NHL. I do not give a rats arse about a stat watchers opinion. It is literally worthless. Jokinen is like 1.5 ppg, should he be playing in the NHL? Your logic is bad, stop watching stats and watch the players before commenting in their threads. Antti Suomela scored 60p last year in Liiga and couldn't make it in the NHL. Do you see how broken your .......uff...why do i even continue. Brady Tkachuck scored 8 goals in university last season. Now he has 16 in the NHL.He's not even ppg player and you say Kakko's playing in the wrong league? Bunch of rubbish.
Look at Karlsson's season in the lockout. HE was playing in the wrong league.

He's been dominating and extremely noticeable in almost every game he's played. Hey, what did you think about his performance tonight?Kakko isn't dominating nearly enough for you make that argument. Stop being fan boy.
I was told that he isn't generating goal scoring chances left and right which tells enough that he's not playing in the wrong league. He's been dominating and extremely noticeable in almost every game he's played. Hey, what did you think about his performance tonight?
Obviously I've made some good choices because I can't see those type of commentsObviously he is really good but these should had 6 points today typenof comments need to go. For every post there is a 3 goals. And every 4-5 setups there is one goal. Kakko is creating offence like maniac and that is good.
Tbh TPS have lately played like ****. I don't except miracles from them at playoffs.

Well, he's a PPG player in the last 25 games. 17-year-old players become better, believe it or not. He's not even ppg player and you say Kakko's playing in the wrong league? Bunch of rubbish.

Still he isn't exactly looking like he's in the wrong league. There are many guys in the league that are better than him right now. Hell even Heponiemi is better and i wouldn't say he's in the wrong league.Well, he's a PPG player in the last 25 games. 17-year-old players become better, believe it or not.
I hope Kakko goes to the Canucks to play alongside Pettersson
If he by some miracle would be drafted by the Flyers i'd be thrilled.

Liiga is great place for Kakko to be right now. He could even play there next season and it wouldn't be the worst decision.
Watching Kotkaniemi doing his things in Habs uniform this ssn, I highly doubt that will be the case for Kakko. Cuz their D ssn is like comparing night and day if we like to pull that "pts/g" argument to this discussion.
I don't think any of this is correct. Many better than him? And you think that one summer just magically changes everything? He could play in NHL already.Still he isn't exactly looking like he's in the wrong league. There are many guys in the league that are better than him right now. I have watched dozens of games from Kakko from this ssn and even replayed them shift-by-shift kinda like and I can tell u, if he had a lot better luck with those scoring chances he has created for himself and his teammates he wuld've had 20+ pts in last 10 games instead of 10 in 10.
I'd like him to go to Ottawa. I prefer Finns in Canadian clubs because Canadians have the better fans in general. Excluding Edmonton though because they can't seem to get their sh1t together with prospect development.
Ottawa's 1st round pick belongs to Colorado thanks to the Matt Duchene trade. Avs fans have their fingers crossed Ottawa stays at the bottom. I also hope Colorado gets a top-2 pick because Rantanen and Kakko would make them a very interesting team to watch from a Finnish perspective.
Kupari and Kakko would be far more interesting; let's all root for that, ok?
A lot has to happen before I'm ready to put Kupari anywhere near the same category with Kakko and Rantanen. As of now, Kupari has way too much tunnel vision for my liking. So no, I won't be rooting for that.
Florida would also be an interesting destination for Kakko from a Finnish perspective. Maybe the Finnish national team and the Panthers could both have the same one-two punch at the center position.

In 1999-2001 LA had even three: Berg, Karalahti and Tuomainen. 2001-2002 was the last season with two Finns, Karalahti and Eloranta, until former got traded to Predators mid season. It's been a while since LA had two Finns at the same time playing if ever. Did Ruuttu still play when Aki Berg played?
