and took back YamamotoWilson would be an amazing add but I doubt Washington trades him. I actually wouldn't mind Josh Anderson if Montreal retained 1.5 million.

Again, I value Kesselring higher. In your hypothetical, I'd give up the percentage difference between giving up a 2nd round pick over a 3rd round in terms of ever playing an NHL game in 5 years and keep Kesselring to develop further and have available as an add-in for a more meaningful trade, if required. No where has it been stated the Kesslering was thrown in for retention. Maybe Kesslering was the difference between it being a 3rd and 2nd?
Huberdeau the deal is “one for one”When I look at that Flames team I say to myself... that's EXACTLY what that team needs... hopefully the rumours are true and they make the bold move to add him.
and what contending teams even have assets to give?so who's left to even move? who's the biggest name still out there
None i see a number of small moves from teams out of the playoffs tomorrow and that’s it. The Avs might do something smalland what contending teams even have assets to give?
No save assets for Karlsson. Nibble around edges if you can.Andrew Peeke for 1st, Lavoie and Yamo.
It strenghtens defense a lot in front of our inconsistent goalies.
We have all the firepower we need from D.No save assets for Karlsson. Nibble around edges if you can.
There’s still a handful of guys who will probably return a pick or something.None i see a number of small moves from teams out of the playoffs tomorrow and that’s it. The Avs might do something small
How many hours of Leafs talk we gonna hear on TSN/Sportsnet tomorrow during deadline dayThere’s still a handful of guys who will probably return a pick or something.
Athanasiou
JVR
Klingberg
Bonino
Kulikov
Sheary
TVR
Probably a few other guys. Pretty slim pickings though.
Can’t wait to hear Craig Button bemoan the Oilers moves. How many hours of Leafs talk we gonna hear on TSN/Sportsnet tomorrow during deadline day

You won’t get Karlsson without losing one of Nuge, Hyman, or Kane.No save assets for Karlsson. Nibble around edges if you can.
The money is all gone though I mean we have $167 in cap space and with the eastern teams grabbing everyone under the sun I don’t think anyone has any cash left to make a splash. I could the Avs maybe adding Klinberg and Sheary or something maybe? There’s still a handful of guys who will probably return a pick or something.

Lol I'd put my house on this not being trueYou won’t get Karlsson without losing one of Nuge, Hyman, or Kane.
Please tell me the combination of salary retention + cap dumps that will allow it to happen otherwise.Lol I'd put my house on this not being true
My feelings as well. It's a longshot but I do think there is a chance that Kesselring makes it someday. I don't see Dineen making it on the Oilers though. It seems clear that they want size on the backend. We're talking about a 6'5'' guy in his second AHL season vs. a 5'10" guy in his fifth.
It's pretty obvious one guy is a lot more likely to do anything at the next level.
In the off-season. Campbell, Kulak, Ceci, Yamamoto all options for money going out. Bourgault, 1st, 2nd on the table. Please tell me the combination of salary retention + cap dumps that will allow it to happen otherwise.
