I'm going to make a guess that some of those Eastern teams are going to have some chemistry issues here down the stretch as the players get used to their new linemates.
Gelling together and chemistry is a much bigger factor than some realize.
A "good team" is obviously more than just throwing a bunch of good players together.
I could easily see a team like the Leafs for example taking a while to gel and get some chemistry going again.
On the flipside... for a team like the Oilers who lost a really good teammate who they seemed to love... Barrie, that move by Holland may actually bond this team even more because they know this isn't f***ing around anymore... the goal is CUP and the management/players made a big sacrifice of a friend to get closer to the big prize.
I think this may help bond the team towards completely and totally focusing on the SC final... anything short of that is failure... especially after essentially sacrificing a teammate for the ultimate goal of winning it all.
