Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. He'd have stayed in CGY if he was even gonna consider someone like CBJ. Its NY or NJ for sure...the other noise is likely them trying to get the price up. If I am any other team I do not even bother because I know thats all it is

Friedman only mentioned Columbus as a team JG may have reached out to just to put feelers out. Doesn’t seem like there’s other teams seriously involved except for us and the Devils.

I feel if nothing happens today that may be bad for the Isles. Chances are Lou is gonna match and that is gonna be all. If he matches and he does not auto sign right then and there it means he went to NJ and asked for more which then tells you that is where he is ending up. I feel if he ends up here its happening in the next 90 minutes or not at all

I understand he's driving up the price...but f*** him. Lou should put a time limit on offer. If not, go and sign Palet or someone else. What's going to happen is either Philly will clear cap and he'll sign there or NJ will up their offer and what happens AGAIN we get screwed with no one and all the other top FAs are gone.

That's correct, but if they can't move the salary out now because they don't want to pay the price, then why would the cost to move salary out when they absolutely have to be any less?

As a general proposition I agree, but the front office of the Flyers just seems to be a tire fire. He'd go in there knowing they'd probably stink for at least another year or two and probably wouldn't have confidence that they'd be able to fix it beyond that (short of cleaning house at the top).
