Not lending any credence considering the source, but Kerfoot is a skilled, versatile guy and would actually be a good get. His negative is lack of size, but we have enough of that. Not sure how they'd make the money work? Wahlstrom and a pick with AZ retaining some?Eklund is saying we traded for Kerfoot. I dont see anybody else with this news. We will now find out just how full of shit he is.
I'd trade Wahlstrom for one of those guys selling hibachi pretzels out of a shopping cart.Lou is up to something, i heard someone say that we are losing a vet ticket checker at section 115. picking up two beer here guys and a young pretzel Kid... Nice Pickup Lou.... Keep us Drinking....
Yeah makes sense, we’ve been scouting sens forever and a guy like Joseph also makes sense. Kerfoot is playing tonight which is unusual for guys about to be moved. I don’t think it’s happening unless he’s pulled from game tonight. Not lending any credence considering the source, but Kerfoot is a skilled, versatile guy and would actually be a good get. I see that Kerfoot is currently playing in AZ's game.
Yeah, I guess.Buchnevich?
Joseph is a good one. Good speed and plays an all around game.Yeah makes sense, we’ve been scouting sens forever and a guy like Joseph also makes sense. Kerfoot is playing tonight which is unusual for guys about to be moved. I don’t think it’s happening unless he’s pulled from game tonight.
Kerfoot is a car with a loud engine but nobody at the wheel. Not lending any credence considering the source, but Kerfoot is a skilled, versatile guy and would actually be a good get.
Would love to add Buchnevich, but at that price. I think they'll keep him.Yeah, I guess.
Just read the Armstrong wants two firsts for him or a 1st and a 1st equivalent prospect. Means he's in no hurry to move him and can just do it during the summer or next trade deadline. I'm hoping LL doesn't overpay for a guy like that, but you never know. A 1st and Wahsltrom is okay, but doubt Armstrong views Wahlstrom as a 1st rounder anymore.
Think Wahlstrom is traded for a pick but that’s really it.Would love to add Buchnevich, but at that price. I think they'll keep him.
Not sure I would want to trade a 1st for Vatrano.
Still hoping for Pinto, but I can see the old man standing pat.
I wonder if the Blues would do a Wahlstrom for Torpochenko
I doubt it.Think Wahlstrom is traded for a pick but that’s really it.
Has LL ever traded a player for picks when the cap hasn’t forced him to?Think Wahlstrom is traded for a pick but that’s really it.
No but I’m thinking more of a scenery change for the player. He doesn’t have future here.Has LL ever traded a player for picks when the cap hasn’t forced him to?
I absolutely expect Lou to move Wahlstrom. If not this deadline, then definitely the offseason. No but I’m thinking more of a scenery change for the player. He doesn’t have future here.
Armstrong would possibly like BolducYeah, I guess.

think it would be more like First + Second + Bolduc + Wahlstrom + Gauthier maybe for capArmstrong would possibly like Bolduc
1st + Bolduc / Buchnevich retention
Crikey, Why would they trade him of all people? Don't get me wrong, I'd love that.Yeah makes sense, we’ve been scouting sens forever and a guy like Joseph also makes sense. He throws whatever at the wall. Probably read it on here that it makes sense (it does), and produced a rumor. But it still makes some sense.Eklund is saying we traded for Kerfoot. I dont see anybody else with this news. We will now find out just how full of shit he is.

NYI need to do something to address the bottom line/PK. Toffoli doesn't do it. Buchnevich can do everything, and would push everyone else down, so sure. But NYI don't have the assets.
Kerfoot continues to make some sense, although the $ for the extra year is too much. But a bottom-6er who can play C or W and PK is imo a must.

No, but I hang in liminal spaces. That is, between the lines.Eklund likely got the rumor from you on here... do you happen to be a Dippin' Dots vendor?
Every time I see Dippin Dots I think of the poster who said well you know what. Once McKenzie trolled us I never believe anything.Eklund likely got the rumor from you on here... do you happen to be a Dippin' Dots vendor?
FWIW, since Roy has been here we have 3 "wingers" with 8 goals apiece in 17 games in Barzal, Nelson, and Palmieri - that's about a 40 goal a year pace. Horvat has 7 in that time as well. 2C seems like the biggest need by far, although that new Pageau/Lee/Palmieri line has looked great. What are the most pressing needs for this team as constructed right now?
2nd Line Center
Scoring Winger
another PMD
-who is out there available?
-what resources do we have to acquire them?
seems pretty limited right now, but you never know with LL
