I find it more likely that the Rangers suck at forward development than that Laf and Kakko both fooled the entire hockey world.

I think Kakko would be doing much better now on another team, feel the development issue goes back to Quinn. With Laf I just think the scouts got it wrong, I dunno. We will see next season if he takes a step forward.
