Certainly possible. But I would doubt he’s coming to the rangers. Too much water under that bridge. Unless somehow the lockerroom is asking for him back. (Not that there are so many holdovers but I think organizational memory is real).
Miller would actually be a great fit in this iteration of the team. Would love to see him on mikas wing and he’s got a year and a half left on a favorable contract.

Honestly, I'd give up a lot for Gourde w/retention.
It gives us a 3-4 year window with this team. Re-tool/re-group in 3-4 years with key players moving.
Gourde or Chytil as our middle6 centers next season. Try to catch lightning in a bottle this season.

Gourde at 2.5 for the next 4 postseasons would be nuts. If we could make a deal like that I'd be all for it

JT Miller has been much better on faceoffs since his days as a Ranger. Cant speak to how the fancy stats look for the defensive side of his game though.

Seattle isn’t and shouldn’t trade Gourde. The Rangers should have traded for Gourde instead of Goodrow before the expansion draft, but here we are. Seattle has no reason to move him at all.
