This conference has two powerhouses on the downside of the slope.
If the Rangers don't make the playoffs, Gallant will have failed miserably.
Quinn, thought of as incompetent by most here, didn't miss by much and this season features an improved Kakko and Laf , a healthy Zib, and Panarin without Putin, not to mention all the new toughness.
Very good point. they couldn't have been that stupid. I mean they couldn't be right? lolThat's making the assumption that protecting Hajek was a large or primary role in sending down Kravtsov, not just a coincidental side effect.
Oddsmakers in Vegas like the sucker people in with dumb bets. They don’t play the games they just like to take people’s money.

Miserably is a bit strong considering this is a very tough group of teams in this conference but definitely would be a disappointment.
If all these upgrades in personnel and presumed health, and a "far better" coach, can't add 10 points, this season is a total failure.
If that's not the view at the top, there was zero reason to fire everyone.

Guys I solved everything, Kravtsov + Kreider for Brady Tkachuk, boom, done, cup = ours
