Speculation: Roster Building Thread: Part XIV (To trade or not to trade is the question)

Well yeah it just might be the signal that Drury has a bunch of moves lined up ready to go or even some of it will need a little more time and play out in the coming months.

The one year for Lindgren signaled the Rangers were ready to let him go. Mika appears in a decline. I don't think Kreider does so much and he has a more team friendly contract but a lot of Chris's game has been somewhat dependent on Mika being his center. It might be not just one but both go.

Depending---there are other players---Kakko or even Igor and Artemi if they decide to blow it up.

Part of the summer was also calculating buyouts for players not on nyr at the time. Do with that info as you will

I feel there's a move or two left, but not an entire blow up. It's always been called a shake up. They think the season is still alive.

One year for lindgren was okay group you think you can do it and you're going to be a pain in the ass then show us a prove to us we are wrong to start to break this up.

It always should have been him. And it pisses me off he turned it down (if that turns out to be true).

I see what you did there and I don't like it. You know what happens to guys who wear the "C" on this team.

Even if Trouba is gone by the end of today, this team still needs a lot of work done to make it out of the 1st Round this year if they even make the playoffs.

He has been getting in more trouble the last year+ because he doesn't have the same mobility anymore and less and less of his hits actually are legal. Rather than checking through the chest because he caught the player he has been sticking his elbow out more or making a last second adjustment.

I dont want to trade Chris. He's not the problem. He can be part of the solution but he needs to lead them. There is no one else on this team who can.
