I'm not broken up about losing Lindberg. Once the Rangers get the 35th pick back from AZ by putting Rantaa in the Stepan deal, they'll draft his replacement in Shane Bowers or Adam Ruzicka.

Nieves is one of the guys currently at Prentiss's training camp. He might push for the 4th line center job--at least if he can stay healthy.

He was employed by them after being fired by Washington. I'm thinking he did this for Snow, but he is getting something good anyway. Why not help the guy who took you in after you had no other team to work for?

Hrivik would be serviceable in that position, but I have my doubts he signs with the team again
