Yes, it should have been a GI penalty. That whistle should cost whoever blew it a job
I mean he was obviously pushed in, Hillary.Yes, it should have been a GI penalty.
The fact that Florida has been given the benefit of the doubt on all the shit they've caused these playoffs should cost a whole division of people their jobs.
What a detestable basket of deplorables the team from Sunrise is.
As opposed to team Tomahawk over in Vegas…Yes, it should have been a GI penalty.

He was, and had an opportunity to back out well before the contact that cause Hill to drop his stick. The second, unassisted dive into Hill is why they blew the whistle, but in the name of "letting them play" they didn't put Vegas on the powerplay.I mean he was obviously pushed in, Hillary.
Which is worse?1 entire penalty ( a flop) was called this game. NHL is turning into more sh** year by year. You have no idea what you will get. One game the refs will call a bunch (5+ penalties each). Next game, 1 entire call lol.
Letting them play would be letting them play, and not blowing a whistle for nothing. He was, and had an opportunity to back out well before the contact that cause Hill to drop his stick. Yeah this was the issue the Panthers had with the officiating early this series. Completely different standard out of nowhere and then you see tonight when they revert back. The cross check at the end was pretty funny when you look at what cross checks the Panthers got called for in the first 3 games1 entire penalty ( a flop) was called this game. Aka we were allowed to do what we wanted for 3 series but not agaisnt Vegas. To me, it's clear the league has a bit of an agenda.Yeah this was the issue the Panthers had with the officiating early this series. Panthers try to toe the line and that’s impossible to do well when you can’t figure out what the line is
Don't crosscheck people is the line.Yeah this was the issue the Panthers had with the officiating early this series. So then don’t cross check people isn’t the line?Don't crosscheck people is the line.
Hockey has made it to where it's semi-acceptable, but that's the risk you take...you leave it up to others. Just don't crosscheck people.
There were probably 50 crosschecks this game, especially since most faceoffs involve one, complaining when one you saw on TV wasn't called seems useless.
It's the gray area of the game that basically boils down to not being an asshole when you don't need to be, at least the way it's called.
I'm just saying once there's a gray area, it's gray af and you're up to trusting the people on the ice.So then don’t cross check people isn’t the line?
Gray area in hockey officiating makes sense to some degree. Usually the standard is to be heavy handed when a play impacts a potential scoring chance and call only more egregious violations in other situations.
That makes sense. It’s how the game was officiated tonight and most of the playoffs
But that’s not how games 1-3 were officiated which has been the main complaint. People are just looking for consistency and it’s really hard to have seen the Panthers sent to the box and even the locker room left and right for far less than what we saw on that late cross check
Oh and for completion sake, they blew it on the one penalty they did call tonight.
Nobody said that. It won’t kill you to admit a call or two favored your teamIt's just amazing that there were no slashes or crosschecks in this entire game until Stone gooned it up and the refs didn't call it.
I've done that multiple times.Nobody said that. It won’t kill you to admit a call or two favored your team
