If we're gonna have a retaliator, can we have someone a little more intimidating than Mike Ricci's less talented brother?
 
It's going to be different this time, the Caps are going to want to retaliate against McLeod, then the Rangers will have the upper hand.

That never happens either.
 
McLeod could prevent something if he took out Wilson first with a "questionable" hit but the NHL doesn't seem to work that way

I think this guy is just in the lineup to draw negative attention away from other [real] players. I can't comprehend an NHL coach using him for anything hockey related. Dude is a black hole on an already shitty team.

I don't get why people are still complaining about AV and his asinine lineups. We are out of the playoff race & we know he is gone at the end of the season. If McLeod plays a few more games, who cares?

I don`t know about that - the media has not speculated on that at all recently. I doubt it`s set in stone yet which is my point - it`s not that easy to replace a head coach in this league.
 
Idk if anyone has mentioned it or kept an eye on it, but Chytil’s put on some weight this season. I think he was listed at ~190 at the draft and he’s listed at 202 on the Rangers site.

Gorton's statement pre-trade deadline was essentially admitting AV is gone. They are going to want a new coach with a new philosophy. I'd SHOCKED if AV was still here next year.

Damn. 202 already. He honestly doesn't look it right now but Kid is gonna be bigger than Malkin. He could be 6'4'' 220/225.
Lias looks to have a thicker build.
 
Don't want Hayes at wing but on other hand I'm glad the kids are starting at the position they should be...center.
