I want to go to the game but I listed my seats for $1,000. If they sell then so be it. I'll buy the special edition dvd.

This is the boat I'm in, I would love to go and all but if someone wants to pay 1k + for a seat in the 400s its hard to turndown.

i think the 400 level seats are better than the upper 200s for this game. the upper 200s blocks off almost the entire thing bc of the bridge, better off watching it on tv at home.

In retrospect it should have been obvious that they wouldn't have this on his birthday. They didn't even wish him happy birthday last time. They might not even know what day it is.

People are insane to pay those prices.
I was at the 1994 ceremony, and Ratelle and Hadfield nights.
The ceremony is nice and all, but not worth 10x the average game price.

So I was told to reject the order on Vivid and fulfill the order on Stubhub. Someone is going to be pissed thinking I pulled out of a sale.

All due respect to Ratelle and Hadfield - Lundqvist's retirement is much more meaningful to this generation of fans. Especially since they're not waiting 30+ years after his career is over to retire his number

Yep. Even with 94 night, you’d had to have been at least 30 to have any sort of memory of that playoff run. Everyone that will be in the building has watched Henrik play.

Not saying that it isn’t meaningful. Just that the prices are insane.

As a reminder, to help facilitate contactless entry, digital tickets will be required for entry to New York Rangers home games at The Garden. Click here to visit our online tutorial to learn how to easily manage digital tickets online or through the MSG Venue App.

That statement "to facilitate contact-less entry..." is such bull-___. Is there a different between a guest holding a piece of cardstock versus a guest holding a phone? I think there are more germs on that phone...

They just want to control the vertical, the horizontal, and the sharpness of the image.. (They want to control resale and rake your phone for other data...) Terms and conditions always apply...

How long does it take for you to be able to transfer or sell tickets upon purchase? I resubscribed to quarter season today to get the Lundqvist game since it was basically the same as buying single tickets, but am looking to sell like 7 or 8 of the 10.

I already transferred my tickets via my TM account. The buyer has until January 28 to accept. I don't get paid until after the game. If you sell via TM then the tickets are transferred for you.

The MSG Ticketmaster website has greyed out "Transfer" and "Sell" and I can't see any barcodes.

Edit: I think it may just be an issue with being fully confirmed. It's showing each ticket's face value as being $1100 dollars which was the price per seat for the whole package.

I'm new to the whole digital ticket, no physical ticket thing.

I can’t say for sure this is what’s going on in your account but when the seats were loaded into our accounts this season it took a few days before we could transfer sell etc.

Thanks. That makes sense. I assume it'll take a few days before I have those abilities. I got nervous because I thought maybe they had some new rule and were throwing up an iron curtain and forcing me to go to every single game.

Isn't that like...a really f***ed up thing to do? No offense but you should probably have to pay some sort of penalty for doing that.

Skybox is a Vivid Seats platform that cross lists across exchanges. It's supposed to automatically take down listings on all sites once something sells so it's really on Vivid to make the situation right for the buyer which is why they're saying to cancel the sale on their platform and they'll handle it there while he fulfills the sale on StubHub.

I wasn’t the person who double sold. The POS system (skybox) is supposed to protect against double sales. It’s the only reason I use it.

Ah gotcha! Thought you manually put them on two sites yourself. Yea that’s definitely not your fault, or problem then!
