Just had a nice new rep introducing themselves and put on a hard sell for extra tickets with new fees or tax like the competitors. Good Strategy.

Hi,

"New" fees or tax or "No" fees or tax?

Curious what they were offering.

If that's for single game tickets that's not new. Season ticket holders never had to pay fees. Taxes are included in the price shown.
The price shown on Ticketmaster is what we pay for extra tickets to games.
Note that this is only true for tickets sold by NYR not resells. So if you're looking at the Ticketmaster seating chart, we pay no fees on the blue seats, the red seats are resells which we would have to pay fees and buy on our own.

I'm getting a new rep as well as my rep was promoted to the Knicks side of the house. My new rep just emailed me, haven't spoken to him yet.

As an FYI for those bringing kids to games, MSG changed their policy again. Kids 2 through 11 will no longer need a Covid test but will be required to wear a mask inside still.

Children under age 12 – not currently eligible for COVID-19 vaccination – can attend events with a vaccinated adult, and do not need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
All guests ages 2 to 11 will need to wear a mask while inside the venue, except while actively eating or drinking.

Got an email about a new rep team this morning.

The season is just around the corner and I can't wait to welcome you back inside The World's Most Famous Arena! While the Rangers were hard at work this summer preparing for an exciting season, we were behind the scenes working diligently to improve your membership experience.

We have the greatest fan base in the world, so providing you with best in class service is our top priority.

Our entire team is here to help you with anything you need throughout the season. In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to further introduce ourselves, however in the meantime if you have any questions regarding your Rangers membership, please call our Membership Hotline at 212-465-6050 or email [email protected] and we will be ready to assist you!

As a reminder, to help facilitate contactless entry, digital tickets will be required for entry to New York Rangers home games at The Garden. Click here to visit our online tutorial to learn how to easily manage digital tickets online or through the MSG Venue App.

I got the same email except the paragraph above was slightly different and listed my specific rep's name and direct contact info. There was also a picture at the top.
I'm wondering if you haven't been assigned a new rep yet maybe.

Just got an email. 1/28 it is.

Was that from the Rangers?

Ticketmaster is releasing more tickets for the 1/28 game but they are priced higher than all the other games. Everything seems to be lining up for 1/28.. grab seats while you can, boys!

I posted this in the other Hank thread but looking for some advice from those of you who sell tickets often.. I got some tickets for the 1/28 game from Ticketmaster this morning. Verified resale. Do you think I'll have any issue with them releasing the tickets to me? Whoever listed them definitely didn't have Henrik's retirement night priced in.

I would hope you're ok. If they don't that's really shady shit.

The tickets should be reissued to you the minute it was purchased so I’d imagine you’re fine. It’s more people that bought on StubHub who haven’t had their tickets transferred yet who may be in trouble.

Thanks. I have the barcodes and everything on Ticketmaster, so I'd assume there's no way for them to cancel now, but just wanted to double check. I was about to purchase tickets on StubHub and made a last second change to Ticketmaster instead. Glad I did.

if you have the barcodes and they’re in your account, it’s a done deal. They don’t have the ability to recall thise tickets now they’ve been transferred.

Ticket prices are nuts. Met with my friend who I share tickets with yesterday, and I thought it would be 500 for upper 200’s on resale, guess I was wrong.

I want to go to the game but I listed my seats for $1,000. If they sell then so be it. I'll buy the special edition dvd.

Can’t blame you or anyone that sells when we get charged for three preseason games, and get 15 dollars a ticket haha.
