Three players including one forward down for USA. Team figures to cut only two more forwards.

Fudge, he played on Saturday. This really takes away a lot of interest from the WJC for me. I would have needed it.

I don't usually complain, but 2020 has been an up and down year for me to put it mildly.... :(

Canada really has an unfair advantage here. Every other country has to cut players for testing postive, while Canada can simply choose to quarantine them since they don't have to travel.

Canada really cannot lose this tournament.

It sounds like all the whining Canadians are doing about Lafreniere is rubbing off on you :sarcasm:

Listening to Edmonton radio Robertson out due to health reasons whatever that means. They said not performance related and they didn’t say covid.
Either way another Rangers WJC prospect not participating

Lundkvist was -2 with 5 SOG.

Edstrom had a shot and a hit.

Sjalin was even with a hit in 19+.

Hajek didn't play.

Rykov was even with a SOG in 16:32.

Still a decent chunk of potential out of that 2016 class. Not bad considering no 1st or 2nd rounders.

Wall is probably the best prospect from that 2016 class. Think he has the chance to be a backup in the NHL

also should I be mad at Robertson being cut? Was he going to play if he made the team anyway?

Robertson was released from the Canada WJC roster along with 4 other players, deemed "Unfit to play".

We are losing everyone.

Schneider is our best player left.

Robertson was in contention for a bottom pair spot. Who knows if he would have made the roster if he wasnt cut due to being unfit to play.

Not sure if the kid is in the lineup tonight. His music--I know two of those songs and they're the ones by Eminem. Who I don't even like.
