The Rags bottom 6 forwards (with Strome/Kakko out) and bottom 4 defense are atrocious. The Leafs depth should wear them down as the game goes along.

Oh I was thinking bout him and the tweeter talkin bout Liljegren having a late night............ like that that real hard dirt right thurr. I mean the tweet said: "Liljegren staying out late". Like that really stirred me up sire... like bond ordering a drink at the bar sire.

I said that to my wife once and she said "good thing because the toilet needs some maintenance and while you're at it you might as well clean it too!"

Defintely sire. You already knew. Want to see it happena and also lets remember how killarious matthews comeback stats are.. always when he comes back. One of the best comeback players in the nhl nowadays, if not the best. Datsyuk was a real one on these as well sire. Lets see how our hero pummles these clownoes down sire. HARD.

Are the rangers not playing Nils Lunqvist, K'Andre Miller, and Zac Jones? Those three should be similar level to Sandin/Dermott/Lilijgren and are promising young defenders. They have Fox who is obviously elite top 5D, and then Trouba and Lindgren are solid #3 and #4s. They are handicapping themselves by playing Nemeth and Tinordi. They should go with the youth

they need Miller as a full time top 4.

Lundkvist is winning the #6 battle over Tinordi so far, though that isn't very hard.

Jones in his rookie AHl year.

True they lack 1 top 4D, Miller and Lundqvist should be their bottom pair, with Jones rotating for one of them like we hopefully do with Lilijgren and Sandin/Dermott

They should look to trade for a top 4D. Rielly would be a fit for them in UFA but i don't see how they afford him unless they write off Kakko and move him for a few picks saving any potential money which was expected to go his way if he broke out

Hyman worked on that line better then anyone else has because he had the speed and physicality to get onto the forecheck and retrieve pucks for the big boys. Ritchie just doesn't have that, sure get him in front of the net and he's effective but I'd rather see him doing that on the third line and keep the stars off the boards and avoiding the heavy going where they could get hurt.

Thornton wasn't as nearly successful as nostalgia tells us but it was a nice feel good story while it was going on, both Mitch and Matty can get in and retrieve if necessary but why give them a slow wingman who can't get in there first most of the time and make them do it when their talents are better utilized in front of the net.

Micheal Bunting does have the wheels and while he's not as heavy as Hyman or Ritchie, he doesn't seem to mind getting his nose dirty and so far seems to have good puck skills when he does take possession.

I've never seen Ritchie as anybody's 1st line answer and maybe having him play against lesser competition will open up his potential, because so far with JT and Mitch he's looked a little lost and nowhere near quick enough to play with them.

not sure why you're putting jones on the level of those leafs kids tbh.
