Professional athletes just go into "media-speak" whenever they're asked to explain a team's issues. If they say "our depth isn't good enough" or "we need better transition" the media will jump on it. I'd bet guys like Richie have a decent idea of what is going wrong here.

This team, as constructed, made the 2nd round of the playoffs last year. Forget changing personnel, the players that we have are capable of so much more. I don't know how much of that is on the coaches and how much on the players, but I'm putting a ton of blame on both right now.
