I wish they had built something around the crown logo they used on the 3rd jerseys at the beginning of the century. I loved those colors and the crown, but the jersey had some really stupid things on it like glitter, Los Angeles written along the bottom and the worst of all-time lion shield logo on the shoulder

I think it would be perfectly acceptable to replace the "Imperial Margarine" crown with the crown from the early 2000's. Just change it from silver to gold.

WOW. Most could not do that with 1 puck...one of the crazy things - he's looking at the goal, as he hits the 2 pucks. Another thing - early in it, one puck goes pretty far from the other - like 2+ feet from it and he's able to bring it back in. He's still in the top 5 in the world in a shootout. Use him to his strengths.
Just put him on line one and let him play....but he sux on defense! so does Toffoli , Carter and others. Or at least with Prokhorkin and on the #1 PP.

He's likely still the most naturally skilled player on the team, even at 36. Regardless of when that trick was done. He just doesn't fit with anyone. It might make sense to put him out there with Lewis, and someone else that will hang back and play defense, and let him just do whatever it is he does in the o-zone at ES.

Hey you guys, wasn’t sure where to post this, but I ended up buying Kings season tickets a few weeks ago with my roommate, so you guys are gonna be my second team starting this year.
I’m curious as to which prospects you guys expect to make the team out of camp this year though. I went to the state of the franchise event and the prospect list is very, very impressive.

I am guessing but i think one of Brickley or Clague will start the season with the kings. Also think 3 of Lizzotte, Anderson Dolan. Prohorkins or Gunderson to make opening night

Seeing that lion-shield logo still puts me on tilt, amazingly I had forgotten about the lion wearing sunglasses, it's an even bigger joke of a logo.
Looks like it should be the logo of some Pro Beach Hockey team.

Emerson mentioned the other night that Lizzotte was potentially the Matt Luff of this year as far as prospects go. I’m excited to see Anderson-Dolan, Grundstom, and Clague play though. I don’t know much about Prokhorkin except that he solid was in the KHL.

Well I will say its been a long time since i have seen Prokhorkin play. However if my memory is right he had me very excited to see what he could do if he made the jump. He played a little more physical then the average Russian. He has the speed and skill to play top 6 imo. I am very much looking forward to seeing him and Kovy play together.
