Can they do the Manning Cast without guests? I just want to hear them talk and explain stuff. I don't need these tangents and distractions.

Say what you want about Jalen Hurts' ability on the field - he's proving that every week - but man, is that guy a cure for insomnia on the microphone. Are we sure he doesn't play hockey ("Well, y'know, it got a little chippy out 'dere. We just gotta keep playing our game, skating hard, and putting pucks on the net.")

Man, if you replace Taylor with the 100th pick of the draft, I'd be high stepping into the winner's circle this week.

I love how the Rams used Kupp to march them down the field and once they get inside the 10, they don't target him once...

You do realize that I was calling for Hurts to play, I believe, before you were, right?

I did that when Wentz was ACTUALLY playing bad and not in your fantasy world. I have nothing to admit fault to in this situation.
right, i forgot , you are hurts number 1 fan, he who despises hurts.

Starting two tight ends isn't a tanking strategy, IMO, so that one is BS. Ekeler had also done jack shit up until last week so not really sure that that that is either BUT it isn't the best optics, IMO.

I mean as long as you're putting in a full lineup I don't think that you're in the wrong. There's logic behind the things in at least some capacity.

Then you get into the if you're paying money into a league you can play it however you wish to do so. If you think your team is going to be bad then what's the sense in trying to compete?

While you're here...

I'm going to be making a trade with my Uncle. He asked me what it would take to get Rodgers from me. I said Josh Jacobs (RB on his bench). He countered with my Rodgers and Mostert for his Jacobs and Garoppolo.

I think that he'll accept the Jacobs for Rodgers straight up but is there reason that I should do the larger deal?

QB's available are:
Tannehill
Mariota
Jones
Mills
Smith
Wilson
Fields
Mayfield
Watson

So the pickings are slim but if he accepts the straight up deal he'll likely drop one of his QB's (Cousins or Garoppolo)

It's only a $30 yearly league fee. We literally have no rules or bylaws written. There's a whole bunch of backstory of why I don't believe anything this guy says anymore and he's a giant hypocrite.

I would do Rodgers straight up for Jacobs. I don't see the value in Jimmy G since you have Justin. Unless the worse case scenario happens. But I feel like you can find an adequate bye week replacement. Also Mostert feels like a free lotto ticket that I wouldn't want to give up.

Just reply with "trust the process"
I really want to reply with a Sam Hinkie/Embiid gif but I'm holding off my response trying to properly formulate it.

Fired off the Jacobs for Rodgers counter offer.

Oh, well then, guy is taking a way too aggressive stance. Hit him up with $30 in advance for next year and tell him to keep the change.

I always am the first one to pay dues since I'm the one that initiates the conversation about starting up the league again during the off season. But this is a power f***ing move.

That would be the only thing that would ever scare me off with teams "tanking" in my league is if they weren't coming back next year so that should shut that up.

Trade accepted by my Uncle. The stashing of Rodgers paid off for me seemingly.
