That would be the only thing that would ever scare me off with teams "tanking" in my league is if they weren't coming back next year so that should shut that up.

Trade accepted by my Uncle. The stashing of Rodgers paid off for me seemingly.
When we had a "friendship" I was always the one spotting him money when he needed it. So he should know I won't slack on my dues.
I think someone else in the league who is probably his cousin or some shit didn't like the fact that I'm tanking so he's raising a stink. It's dynasty, leave me alone and let me do my schemes. If this was a redraft league I would give you more benefit of the doubt.

It's only a $30 yearly league fee. We literally have no rules or bylaws written. There's a whole bunch of backstory of why I don't believe anything this guy says anymore and he's a giant hypocrite.

I would do Rodgers straight up for Jacobs. I don't see the value in Jimmy G since you have Justin. Unless the worse case scenario happens. But I feel like you can find an adequate bye week replacement. Also Mostert feels like a free lotto ticket that I wouldn't want to give up.

I really want to reply with a Sam Hinkie/Embiid gif but I'm holding off my response trying to properly formulate it.
My real answer is he can f*** off lol.

Kick him in the teeth with an Ekeler trade for fitures

I hate the world we live in. The guy who ran onto the field on Monday filed a police report against Bobby Wagner for popping him.

hello, PA neighbors. I‘m likely headed to the Linc for the Eagles/Steelers game on the 30th with 6 others. I have a soft spot for the eagles due to family ties (who I’ll be with), so I’m not coming to be obnoxious. Yinz will probably kick our ass up and down the turnpike anyway.

Anyway, curious if there’s any tips as far as lots to tailgate, getting in/around the stadium, etc. Also is it safe to wear a TJ Watt jersey or should I keep a low profile

Hey there -

I can't comment on the tailgate or stadium tips, but I'll say the Watt jersey will be fine. You'll get heckled no doubt, but we don't really care about the Steelers so it'll be alright

G2 is the lot to be.

Watt jersey depends on how much you want to hear about it. You'll get razzed but it'll be harmless, as long as you're not acting obnoxious, which it seems like you won't be

Thanks guys. I like some good natured ribbing. It’s funny though how fanbases are perceived between sports. I had no opinion on the Eagles either, despite the hockey rivalry, until I met my fiancée who’s brother is a huge fan. Now I find myself rooting for them, especially Jalen Hurts who’s a f***ing stud

It is funny actually, even to the point of where you live. I hate the Steelers with a passion, and it's because of the sheer number fans around here. They're everywhere. I live about an hour and 20 mins west of Philly, and like 4 and half hours east of Pittsburgh. Root for the Eagles people, stop it 😂

I went a few years ago to a game against the Broncos and wore a Dennis Smith jersey. Let's just say I won't be going back to a game in Philly wearing any Broncos attire. Some of the stuff I heard definitely crossed a line.

Sorry to hear that, outside of NFCE teams or against playoff opponents, I personally havent seen anything outside of the norm (saying a team sucks, saying a player sucks, telling a fan to sit down). The only times I usually see opposing fans of non rival teams get more shit than usual is when they are antagonizing eagles fans.

I am not saying your experience didnt happen, not saying you deserved the heckling, but as someone who has been to MANY home games and away games, I havent seen philadelphians really act any different than other fan bases. With that being said, cant say that for division games or playoff games. I am not envious of those fans.

Edit: Just curious, where did you sit? Unfortunately every stadium has its fair share of drunken idiots and there tends to be more in the upper levels than lower in my experience.
