Good defensive structure across the board, but the forwards need to make some plays once the puck is on their stick. That’s not on Tocchet, that’s on the guys up front keeping up their battle level in the offensive zone.

Chytil, Boeser, and Debrusk in particular need to up their compete levels. Petey, Sherwood and Garland seem to be the only guys trying to make something happen out there.

Games like this you really miss Hughes to break the game open.
