It kinda does, merely drinking doesn't make you unable to give consent, you'd have to reach the point of intoxication where you were incapable of consenting. Alcohol loosens inhibitions, but that alone doesn't make you incapable of consenting, merely more likely to consent (and maybe regret it the next morning).

The problem isn't the line, but the burden of proof in determining how intoxicated the person was, and that judgement tends to be subjective (since rarely do you get to take the victim's blood alcohol during the evening, so observed behavior is all you have to go on).
From the transcript, the girl did not engage in behaviors that would suggest severe intoxication (falling down, slurring, lack of awareness of where she was or what she was doing, etc.).

The problem for the prosecutor is the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard, without strong evidence that she was incapacitated, or a witness to her telling someone she wanted the night's activities to stop, it's almost impossible to convict.

A civil suit merely needs a preponderance of the evidence, which is why you often see it in these cases. Ariaza seems like a tough case even for this standard, but he may have been added merely because of perceived "deep pockets." Winning civil suits against defendants with no money doesn't pay a lawyer's bills.
I'm sure that anyone who is interested has already read the article and has at least a 4th grade reading comprehension level. This is another one of those situations where we really don't need you to attempt to prove that you're smartest guy in the room.

My experience around here is 4th grade reading comprehension should not be taken for granted! :naughty:

Uhhh…

First season with a full PPR. We haven’t even done half PPR ever so that should be fun.

6 Point Passing TD.
The rest is pretty standard

QB
RB
RB
WR
WR
TE
FLEX
K
DEF

I think that’s pretty much the pertinent information.
Same rules here!

It's a tough draft this year. RBs are tough especially in PPR. I'm probably going to hold off and go for Etienne/Gibbs/Stevenson/Mixon in the 30s. I'm not sure it's worth reaching for RBs like Henry/Jacobs/Pollard with pick 2.10

I randomly know a little this year.

Pollard/WR swing

Allen/Hurts/Lamar + WR swing

My good friend of the Asian persuasion is going to say Bijan/WR. That's good too.

The chart i went by had him at 9 ADP. So probably not, but maybe.

All those WRs are good in that range. Pick the one you want to root for unless you're trying to build a stack or risking serious money.
Yeah anything can happen. I'm not banking on someone in HC's league taking a QB in round 1 let alone multiple going in round 1. But it is fantasy. I've seen too many stupid things.

i can almost guarantee in my league if I was picking 12th I would get someone really really good..cause qb's will go early lol

You should take him with 1.10.

i got a plan for first overall (Jefferson) and 12th overall(snake so RB/WR picks)..i do not have a plan for 24 OA if I had first OA lol

I think in a full ppr going WR/WR at the turn there isn't the worst thing in the world. Lots of serviceable RBs in the RB dead zone this year.
