gonna be interesting to see how it all plays out

Flyers future isn't as gloomy as some are claiming
I tend to agree with you here....however to top it off, we need a top 3 pick in this draft this year....adding a super stud young player to what we have going forward already, will make us a very competitive team in no time....we must also remember in today's NHL, it is a league of great parity....it does not take a long time to get competitive like in years past....

i dont see him scoring goals like this in the NHL. Magua and others are doubtful as well.

I can be true and say iam bad at scouting youth.

How good is his shot?

He isnt the best passer or playmaker. So he will only be a 1st line player if his shoot is elite!

Is it elite?

Adam Ginning = Hagg/Ristolainen 2.0

Sloppy short area skating (limits speed & power), chases hits regularly that take him out of position, and processes the game slowly. He will be torched if he ever gets in some NHL games.

Disappointment will come to those who are optimistic about his NHL future. He is the quintessential poor JAG.
but he learns how to FIGHT! :sarcasm:

Stankoven was so ridiculous last night I had to turn the game off.

WHL is loaded. Would be shocked if the Mem Cup didn’t land there (yes 50% shot I’ll play the odds).

Seattle in their second season, with a supposedly incompetent HC, is on a 100 point pace.
This despite having one of the worst pairs of goaltenders in the NHL (Jones and Grubauer).
Maybe there's a reason Wright can't win a job at 18.

Grubauer has been highly regarded for a while having a hard time in haks system isn't irrelevant.

I expect the Phantoms to have a stronger second half . Now that the Flyers have stabilized injury wise and several LVP have come back from injury as well ( Brooks Marody Brink etc ... ) there is no reason they should not climb the standings .

The issue they are having now is they are healthy scratching prospects they are trying to develop cause they have signed so many vet players . Marody Brooks Bellpickle Connaton Fitgearld Wilson Anisimov O"Reilly Bellerive Willman Hodgson Grosenick Nagle .

We might have needed them earlier cause of injuries but some need to be shipped to Reading .

Wisdom lost a bunch of time due to injury and COVID (28 AHL games two years ago, 54 OHL games last year rehabbing his shoulder), and there's a logjam with everyone healthy.
When the Flyers trade a few players next month, call-ups will open opportunities to play.
Meanwhile he logs a lot of ECHL minutes.
He's 20 and a July birthday, it's not the end of the world.
