It would be the same pick, one round later, so #51 (19+32).
Probably 2024, there's an outside chance it could be 2023, but that's unlikely.
2023: 1st, (2) 3rd, 4th, (2) 5ths, (2) 6ths, 7th
2024: (2) 1sts, 2nd, 3rd. 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th
Now a couple trades before the draft could drastically change this.

They are in different situations. I don't have any issues with Gauthier taking an extra year of development rather than being forced into the top 6 of the Flyers as proof of rebuilding progress. His first D+1 year was good and he can work further on rounding out his game, especially as a C.
After Cooley signs when his season is over, Cutter will be the only unsigned player from the top 12 of the 2022 draft (I only went as far as 12).

My uneducated brain sees this as the Flyers not prematurely starting the contract clock on Gauthier before they need to, despite him being seemingly content where he is at. I would call that a rare good decision by the current FO. They realized that neither they nor he would benefit from rushing things.

Brodzinski started the season hot, then went ice cold, seems to getting hot when it counts.
Making a push to get signed, always nice to find a 4th line player who can score goals.
Can he skate?

Be funny Cutter stays 4 years college then signs elsewhere.
Only if he wants to leave a lot of money on the table.

He'd still have to sign an ELC, would be further from RFA and UFA status and spending 4 years in college would slow his development (diminishing returns playing 35-40 college games instead of 82 NHL games).

worked out ok for fox no.....How much money we talking? Who is to say he plays in the NHl right away anyway.

Fox was a 3rd rd pick, excellent freshman year, regressed his second season, broke out his third season and then went pro.

Unless Gauthier regresses as a sophomore (unlikely since BC should have better talent next season), he'll go directly to the NHL, he has a NHL body right now.

How does Brodzinski’s game translate to the pro game?
Can't find anything really useful, but a bad sign is that he didn nothing in development camp that opened anyone's eyes. Probably an AHL player unless his skating improved to where he can play a 4th line role.

The guy is a grinder from the games that I’ve seen him play. He mixes it up in the dirty places on the ice. Average skater. No sniper but gets his points from the dots in. Since he’s a banger from MN, Flahr will want to sign him. Maybe Torts as well.

Ratcliffe's value plummeted the moment he left junior hockey.
15 points in 53 AHL games at 20 meant at best he was a long term project with lots of downside.
Maybe a 5th rd pick at that point.

His 9 points in 9 games is impressive until you realize that's 8 assists for a guy who isn't a playmaker, 1 goal in 9 games is the same as his 21 goals in 160 games for the Phantoms.
He's a decent passer so when you have him hold the puck and dish it you have a poor man's Hayes. He was always a project and I think it's funny to see how everyone is higher on him now that he's gone. Man strength means a ton when you are 6'6 and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he blooms. I think the organization was out of patience with him and he is going to try and make an impression.
