I liked Bitetto in his 14 minutes. Seems like the 5/6 guy they were looking for. I hope he can replace Smith/JJ on a constant basis if he continues to play like this.

I don’t think Bittetto has that much future here, but maybe over JJ. Would still rather see Hajek.

He’s playing absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t trade for him in fantasy, I have him and might try to unload him on someone who’s thinking what you were. Definitely not a case of bad luck though, he’s been genuinely brutal.

Haha, also after Crosby got around Fox and hit the post on the backhand, they were skating next to each after the whistle and Fox said something and they both smiled and laughed a bit. They definitely have a bit of bromance going on between them . Truthfully I do like to see that, yea they are on opposing teams but it's cool to see two opposing players getting along and having a laugh during a game.

Sure, but if it was game 7 of a playoff series I wouldn't expect to see that until the hand shake line haha.

Yeah I thought it was cool, too, which is why I shared. Now that Hank is gone Crosby doesn't have any major enemies on the Rangers haha.

3 - I know some are complaining about ice time for Gauthier and Laf. But honestly, the game was won because we gave more ice to the bottom six muckers and they made a huge difference. Lemieux and PDG were a big reason why they won. And Rooney not giving up on that play let to the goal.

And just to add, I think the above is exactly what the kids need. I think it can be valuable to reiterate to the criticism of Edmonton. It’s easy in hand sight but much harder in real time.

One of the obvious conclusions was that you can’t develop too many kids at the same time. Especially ‘young’ kids who aren’t quit ready. All kids need a strong support.
