I think that with what is in the pipeline, he is not what you would think of as a keeper. Now, can he be a good stop gap? That is a good question.

Can we stop making excuses for Zibby's poor start? There haven't been any reports that his bout with the virus was anything more than about 95% of cases.
He will come around and someone will claim that he is finally over the Rona.

He also got banged up pretty nicely in that Devils game but kept playing instead of resting. He's making some plays here and there and with any luck he's have a few more points. But he still doesn't look right.

This is correct. Your 5/6 defenseman should be lunch bucket type players. Cheap and unnoticeable.

Also, I know it “doesn’t matter”, but they got absolutely waxed on draws, again.

It DOES matter, regardless of the breaking down of the d8fference between say 46 & 52%. Something like 2 FO wins.
Whatever. Its NOT the difference of 2 wins, its WHEN you lose them. This is game in and game out regardless who we play.
I watch these FO's closely, and swear Zbad, Strome especially don't even touch having a clue. Horrific.
If our guys bad to win that draw in game 7 vs Vancouver, it would have been tied and possibly lose the cup.
We NEED a FO guy that we can count on.
At this point I would run Rooney out there and take him off.
