Pasta is charging which means his intent is to injure himAt 11 sec you can see Lindgren look at Pasta, then he stops and turns his back towards him.

I’m not sure of your tactics, so I’m going to keep yelling until I figure it out.Pastrnak or Trouba ? Pastrnak should have held up but Lindgren turned late - Trouba was a voluntary malicious act
As a Leafs fan can we please stop the Bruins fans photoshopped pictures- Trouba stick was way lower and was follow thru of a shot
Be better Bruins fans
Maybe we should pass a plate around or something. The fact that Lindgren did not return and his Nana broke out her rosary beeds is concerning
I was at game and my seats are right there on that post of hit - I’m in the pictures and am less concerned with the hit and more I need to drop 20 lbsI’m not sure of your tactics, so I’m going to keep yelling until I figure it out.
Ah yes the hypocrisy ... Trouba wasn't involved in this play ... anyway, his specialty is open ice hits that are bigger than needed but usually technically legal but sometimes get the head. If Trouba makes a play that is illegal & dangerous one hopes he gets dinged for it.Just pointing out the hypocrisy
Are you under the assumption that we thought that was okay?Just stop with the fake outrage View attachment 784945
There's a bit of history there. Probably why he didn't let up and went for the kill. It's a bad hit.So, why was Pastrnak targeting Lindgren all game ?
Did he smoke someone earlier, or last game they played ?
He’s like Johnny Boychuk and Hyman Roth. Everytime I think Lingren is dead he’s back within 10 minutesMaybe we should pass a plate around or something.
I would be shocked if Parros suspended a Bruin for a hit like that. This organization makes dirty plays like that and always goes unpunished, that should be 2-3 games.Would be funny to see DOPS give Pastrnak a suspension after allowing Trouba to get away with a pole axe to Frederic.
Nice, the MLSE plant is here.I would be shocked if Parros suspended a Bruin for a hit like that. This organization makes dirty plays like that and always goes unpunished, that should be 2-3 games.
Department of player safety ? I think that's what it's called, player safety ? Time to start setting the right examples to protect the players.
? Boston is the dirtiest organization in the league and has been for well over a decade now. They have a history of taking dirty runs at players in an attempt to injure and almost always go unpunished. Hoping this one is different and a suspension is handed out, not optimistic that it'll happen.Nice, the MLSE plant is here.
He got 2 games for hitting another Ranger player years ago. was also a beauty.I don't know if Pastrnak has any kind of disciplinary history. If he doesn't, I'd give him a fine and call it a night.
The thing that makes it "feel" worse for me is that Pastrnak and Lindgren had been going at all game and in the previous game, too. So it seems pretty clear Pastrnak had made up his mind he was going to punish Lindgren there. I don't think he meant to injure him, he just kind of threw caution to the wind and crunched him and it ended up a bad hit.
Fine or no fine, I'm moving on.
Any team that beats teh leefs is durty tho.? Boston is the dirtiest organization in the league and has been for well over a decade now. Tough to give a serious suspension to anyone hitting Ryan
He should be a rodeo cowboy or stunt man
The irony right here. Right here. Not even 12 hours laterNothing , they let Trouba split wood on Frederick head so let’s call it even
Didn't Pastrnak almost kill Girardi too? Maybe MLSE guy is right. For us it was Dan Girardi. He blocked about a 1000 shots a year and would get lit up on hits all the time. About 20 times a year you'd be expecting an ambulance ride for him but he almost always returned to the game and hardly ever missed a game either. I really liked that guy.
lol so trueReminds me of a smaller Dan Girardi. He blocked about a 1000 shots a year and would get lit up on hits all the time. About 20 times a year you'd be expecting an ambulance ride for him but he almost always returned to the game and hardly ever missed a game either. I really liked that guy.
