Gerard Gallant is not happy with the #NYR performance despite beating the best team in the #NHL. "No fun watching that. You win a game against an undefeated team and you don't feel good about that win. I'll take the 2 points but it's not the way you've got to play hockey."

No they aren't but they must play better.

Picking up all the points against teams they are clearly better than should be essential for them to get the breathing room they will need. They must play better of course, but at the same time there's no moral victories against the trio coming up.

I’m pretty fit, a bit less so after the ACL injury but I’ve always had a baby face. That’s the most stubborn spot for fat on me. Seeing him motivated me to want to get more fit to hopefully have somewhat of a jawline and visible cheekbones

Wasn’t the best game, need to try and suppress the SOG against. Gonna burn Shesty out if this continues. 45 is way too much.

Kreider continues to impress picked up 2 points, and Panarin who looked drunk out there half the time, yet still managed 2 points. I feel points are so overrated sometimes and HF is obsessed with measuring a player on solely point production.

i mean games are decided by goals ie production, but so often the one with the assist was little reason a goal was scored.

panarin just hasn’t been himself. he isn’t the game changer he needs to be.

Gallant wasn't happy about the 3rd but they played well for about 18 minutes of it. The other 2, yikes. Florida is really good and we may have just played 3 of the best teams in the league the last 4 days. I'll throw Carolina in there also.

only one other team in our division has played more than 10 thats Washington with 12

everyone else 10 games.

this schedule has been absolutely horrible. 9 of 13 on the road. 2 of the 4 home games are coming off long road trips.

the only other team that’s played 9 road games is the islanders and they are struggling thru right now as well

I want to see this team get some rest these next couple days get a couple good practices in and be ready to go thru the next stretch.

I am annoyed how Shesty was ran twice this game. I don’t care if it’s our fault he got ran you need to take exception to that. Not to mention Hornqvist all in his grill the entire game. Shesty was clearly frustrated with the team after the game and rightfully so
