I miss those jerseys.
You and me both, and about 95% of Caps fans. There are a handful of fans who for some reason like the current uniforms when they are complete ass and a bottom three sweater in the league. The Caps have put out some beauties in recent years with the reverse retros and historically have had great jerseys all the way back to their inception but these Reeboks are, have been, and will continue to be an abomination. The piping and random splotches of color under the arms drives me insane.

I know they probably won’t change them until Ovi retires but now that the Kings and Ducks have updated their jerseys, the Caps have the most tired jerseys in the league and are in desperate need of an upgrade.

I feel like I either want him to stay on the 40-45 goal pace until April and he gets it! Or, fall off pace and end the year say, 10 goals short.

if he ends up only 2 goals short, the count down starting the next year is awkward and lackluster. Maybe the hockey world talks about it to death over the summer, IDK.

I think it's going to be close...

I actually prefer that he gets the record next season.

My worry is if he gets it this season, he might come into camp at 350 pounds for next year.
