Protypical hockey player - dumb as rocks (only thinks about hockey), limited lexicon and can only speak in clichés, supports hazing and bullying as it “builds the bond”, only concerned with notches on the bedpost. Essentially just a jock, but an adult one which is sad.
Just in: Former No. 3 overall pick Alex Chucky was just terminated by the Coyotes and former highly touted Habs defenseman Nathan Beaulieu is returning to Montreal on a 2-way contract.

The kids, Chucky included were likely good kids, but they treated the players like shit and rushed way too many of them.
Remember when the Habs had Beaulieu, Pateryn and Tinordi and instead of trading one while they had high value, since there wasn't enough room for 3, they kept all 3, drove their confidence into the ground. If they made a mistake they were benched and then healthy scratched.
Chucky looked good at centre and then the coaching staff would just pull him from there.
DSP got moved up and looked good. Had a bad game, or even a bad shift and got knocked back down.
The whole management group sucked ass and the fact that some are still with the team is f***ing stupid.

Honestly, even if he wasn't involved, there'd be no room for him either way. We're unfortunately stuck with some bad contracts that, more so than the cap, take up a roster spot.
Hughes has some cleaning up to do, that's for sure.

Well if he'd be working enough miracles, as in Hoffman and Armia out. Dvorak out. And maybe trading Ylonen. There would be some space, though I guess sending Hoffman and Armia out might mean getting some bodies back too...

Majority of the time it's usually drug and/or alcohol related, but Connor Ingram went in because his OCD was that bad I believe.

Whatever the case, hopefully Galchenyuk can get the help he needs. I can't imagine what he must've gone through throughout his career. The highs being selected 3rd OVR pick, hitting 30 goals in the league as a 21 year old, and now what we've seen over the past few years being the lows.
Seemed like a good kid, hate to see players go through these things.
