But, the NHL:

Takes Sens 1st away because Ottawa withholds information or gave misleading information to Vegas about Dadonov's NTC, while NHL withheld and mislead Andlauer about all of the above issues.

Absolutely classic NHL business practices.

Not NHL related but that story is too special not to be talked about.

The Laval Petroliers in the Ligue nord-americaine de hockey (LNAH) were speaking with who they thought was former NHLer Jason Demers for months. Today they announced they had signed him. But on his Facebook page Demers said it wasn't true and everybody got confused. The team just announced that they were pranked.

It's funny but the person responsible could face serious consequences. The team says they are considering taking legal actions.
