Oilers vs Vegas 1st round. Man , oh man. If Oilers win, they'll be beat up AF, but i think they'll lose and Vegas will be tired from chasing Mc-crybaby-David around for 7 games.
West is wideopen

Getting out of the west is going to suck.

Wish we had a schedule where we vs Chicago three times, Anaheim, SJ, Seattle, Ottawa, Montreal, Columbus, a slumping Leafs, Flyers, Kings and Rangers team, then three middling teams in Calgary, Nashville, and New Jersey.

That had to be the best stretch of 16-18 games i think I’ve ever seen where you had the most shittiest and mid teams you had to face consecutively.
Hey, big guy. During the 16 game Oiler streak, the Canucks played 10 games against the same teams the Oilers faced.

Teams Oilers played during that time that the Canucks didn't play:

LA
ANA
DET
MTL
SEA
CGY
NSH

Teams Canucks played that the Oilers didn't play:

DAL
NYI
STL
PIT
ARI
BUF

Hope this helps.

At the trail end of a gruelling 7 game road trip and we still grabbed a point.

And you guys lost to San Jose in regulation btw. We did too, but yeah not as embarrassingly.

excuses are for losers

and we lost the Sharks by 1 goal, just like the Nucks

Canucks are 9-2-2 against top 10 teams?

16 game losing streak here we gooooo.
No. Oilers only play sub-standard opponents, I myself 'donated' $500 to Bettman to ensure the Oilers only play bad teams.

8 game win
3 game loss
16 game win
6 game loss (?)
32 game win (!!!)

I mean the pattern is right there. I've also phoned Gary and ensured the Oilers only play the Blackhawks and they have to pull their goalie the whole game.

That's not what you posted.

You said you wished that the Canucks had the same sort of schedule during the 16 game win streak that the Oilers had. Well, they pretty much did.

Aiden hill on Vegas is a problem

At what point does he get some credit. He is the best goalie in the world right now arguably.

No one had a better save percetange in the playoffs than him.

No one has a better save percentage this season so far than him.

If we're looking at who brought it in the playoffs last year and so far this year ... who exactly has a case to make above him?

On the plus side, for people crying that Team Canada doesn't have a starter for the 2025 tourney and the 2026 Olympics ... uh, well maybe how about this guy?

Not true, but since it's been pointed out to you, you can see for yourself.

The Canucks are also 12-7-3 this season against teams currently in the playoffs as of tonight. Let's not pretend your guys are running roughshod over anyone you face.

Crazy that Vancouver has a 14 point lead on the Oilers even after they've had a 16 game winning streak.
I don't think the Canucks will lose the division, but the 4 games in hand for the Oilers might bridge the gap a bit.

I hate to be that guy, but Canucks have a league best 9-2-2 record against Teams currently in the Top 10

The fact of the matter is, the two best teams in the NHL are Oilers and Canucks. Who’s better? We’ll find out In a couple months
