IF we were to trade Kreider, it need to be for a massive future piece. I don't see that happening at the TDL.

At the draft, if there's a chance to move up to get a Hughes or Kakko, I'd entertain using him. If a team like EDM trades their pick outright so we can take a Dach, Cozens, Turcotte, Zegras etc. , it might be worth it. I would still be hesitant for these type of trades

What contending teams would currently offer, is not worth it imo.

I said it before and I'll say it again.. It's time to overpay for elite talent. I'll go all-in for Hughes or Kakko if we dont get lucky and win the lotto.

Good, we were never dealing with San Jose anyway and it takes away one less trade option for teams to try and leverage against paying for Hayes.

Giannone should never have asked that question. He knew "damned well" what would happen. I had been holding back everything I "feel" about Zuccha trade, but that just broke me down. Was a reminder that this isn't JUST a business, there is the human side. He took ownership, always the one with open arms for new arrivals and was the unsung "real Captain" of this team.
