Why? It's not like they will sell them with adsIf they put ads on jerseys, I will never buy one again.
Well the 2011 Heritage Classic jerseys were basically already advertisements for McDonalds, so what's the difference?I can't wait to see these...

Funny enough a customized jersey being shipped from Manchester England costs a lot less then an NHL jersey from official NHL store.
Who does other than soccer or some Euro leagues? Neither the AHL or CFL do and the NHL is more likely to go the same route as them. They would. A lot of others leagues and sports do it. It would be pointless to even have ads on the Jersey if the sponsor couldn't have them on the Jersey when being bought. I have a jersey from Sweden with ads on it.
Those jerseys are cheaper to make
I don't think thats true although the long sleeve variants are a bit more then the short sleeve although still cheaper then NHL jerseys.
I'm so down for new flames jerseys. I think ours are super outdated. Going retro would be sweet
They’re thinner.

NHL News:
RW/C Danny Briere hangs up his skates. Probably the most clutch playoff performer.
Ducks sign C Mike Santorelli to a 1 yr 800K contract.
Really hope we don't follow the Oilers and go back to our retros if this jersey resign happens
Anaheim Canucks, Murray how many more Ex-Canucks do you want?
To be fair, a lot of these ex Canucks are alright to great. Kesler is no slouch, Beiska is meh but will be adequate for Anahiem, and Santorelli is a really good pickup. Steal for 800k.
Can anyone find a higher resolution for this pic?
