Nah he’s looked pretty good. Especially when he was on the second line with Ohgren and Ostlund. He still needs to learn to be patient at times though. Trying to make moves when he doesn’t need to leads to turnovers. After the game where he and Carlsson were injured the coach started throwing the lines in a blender (PP lines too) and they’ve all been struggling since.

Sweden has probably been the worst of the big teams in the tournament. The goalie is really the only thing they’ve had going for them. Their metrics according to JFresh have stunk.

The whole tournament was rigged so those dirty cheating Canadians would win and this goober accidentally leaked the end of this game because he saw the script.

My initial reaction after three periods is that I wish this was a 0-0 defensive battle with lots of board grinding and a couple gentlemanly fights.

USA really started that OT period with Logan Cooley, Jack Peart, & Luke Hughes. They should have lost just on that decision alone.
