A quick look says this is true. Every televised game that’s not on ESPN+ is on NHLN. Not giving me a good feeling about the regular season for that
I think it’s only for the preseason with Nhl network, the ESPN+ package will be exactly like the NhLTV package. You were right before

I'm worried that, unlike last year, the NHLN games will be blacked out on the out-of-market package. It did work that way before last year (not every time, but most of them). That's still the thing we don't know, but if ESPN+ isn't showing anything that NHLN is showing the pre-season, then they probably aren't in the regular season.

Are we even sure NHL network will be getting any regular season games because remember that network was owned by Comcast which is owned by NBC.

I see both listed through the browser, but not the app yet. Also, I'm using the EPSN app. I'm assuming that the app is going to let you choose which broadcast you'd like once the game is live. That's how NHL.tv worked. You hit the game, and choose your broadcast option. They weren't listed separately.

You're awfully confused about this whole situation, and I don't know why. No one has ever said you can sign up for Hulu and get everything. The only games available on Hulu without an ESPN+ subscription are the national games that are ESPN+/Hulu exclusives, which the game tonight is not. For example, the Black Friday game against the Bruins will be one of those. I'm aware that ESPN+ is available as an add-on to Hulu, but you'll still need an ESPN+ subscription to do that. I don't know how exactly that works. Frankly, there's no reason for anyone to be using Hulu unless they're the casual viewer who is only going to watch the national broadcasts. That doesn't apply to any of us. Use the ESPN app.

Regarding NHLN, like I've said... it's not clear if NHLN games are going to cause blackouts. They didn't last year.

Hulu isn't the only way to get TNT, ESPN, or ABC. There are a bunch of other streaming options to do that. Sling, YouTube TV, DirectTV Stream, etc, etc all carry them.

I think maybe I wasn't clear. The issue i was referring to is if you ALREADY HAVE Hulu and you order the Disney Bundle to ESPN+ to your subscription. Once you get the Disney Bundle you would think, just like a standard cable package, that you should be able to watch anything from the Disney Bundle through the Hulu app.

But you can't. You have to switch between multiple apps. And adding to the annoyance --- there is an ESPN + channel on Hulu tv that shows up once you get the disney bundle -- but it only airs some of ESPN+ offerings on Hulu. ESPN+ on Hulu will only air the national games. You still have to go to the ESPN app for the more robust ESPN+ NHL coverage. It's actually very confusing if you're already used to Hulu TV. It is what it is. But it's silly. Esp when ESPN Disney and Hulu are all owned by the same parent company.

NO! I can’t figure it out, I have Center Ice but can’t find the Washington Boston game anywhere
That sucks. For WAS-BOS, it's a non-exclusive NHLN broadcast, so no local blackout here in DC.
